Privacy Policy

• No account or password to use the free tool.
• No brokerage login or API key, ever. Kalshi data comes from a CSV you export yourself; Polymarket data comes from your already-public wallet address.
• Your name and SSN are optional. If you enter them, they are printed on the forms you generate and used for nothing else. They are not stored.

When you run a report, your trades are sent to our server (a Cloudflare Worker), used in memory to compute the four methods and fill your forms, and then discarded. They are not written to a database or kept after the request.

Our server logs record only the request method and path, for example "POST /api/calculate". They never include your trades, dollar amounts, or any financial field.

On the CSV upload screen there is an unchecked box, "Save this export for testing/review." If you tick it, the CSV you uploaded is stored so we can test and improve how we read that platform's format.

• It is off by default. Leave it unticked and nothing is stored.
• Stored exports delete themselves automatically after 90 days.
• They are readable only by us, behind an admin key, and are never shared or sold.

• Email list: if you sign up for a January filing reminder (or opt in when you email yourself forms), your email address goes to Kit (our email provider) and is used to send that reminder and occasional WagerMints updates. You can unsubscribe any time.
• Email me my forms: if you have your filled forms emailed to you, your address and the generated PDFs pass through Resend (our email sender) to reach your inbox. We keep no copy.

Either way, your email is kept separate from any trade data.

The tool uses your browser's local storage to carry your loaded trades from the input page to the report page, to remember small preferences such as whether you dismissed the reminder, and to hold an anonymous analytics ID. This stays on your device. Closing the tab or clearing site data removes it.

Paid features, when live, are handled by a third-party checkout (Lemon Squeezy). We never see or store your card details. A license key proves you paid and is not tied to your trades.

We use anonymous usage analytics to see how the tool is used, and error reporting to catch crashes. Both run through third-party services and neither is tied to an account.

An analytics event records the page you are on, an anonymous per-browser ID, and your browser and operating system (read from your browser's user-agent) so we can tell real visitors apart from automated crawlers. The analytics provider also sees the IP address your request comes from. None of it is linked to your identity.

Your trade data is not part of either one. It is filtered out before anything is sent.

We set no cookies and we are not part of any advertising network.

WagerMints is not directed at anyone under 18.
