What does “per tax year” mean?

Pay once to get this tax year done. The license belongs to the tax year, not a single PDF, so you can re-upload and regenerate as much as you want. Next tax year is a new $39.

Why a license key instead of a login?

A login means an account, a password, and a database of who bought what, one more thing that can leak. A license key proves you paid without proving who you are. There’s nothing to breach and nothing for you to remember beyond the one email.

What happens if I clear my browser?

Paste the key again. It lives in the purchase email Lemon Squeezy sent you, not on our servers, since we don’t have any. Keep that email somewhere safe.
